heard of the news that a man that is the mastermind behind alot of terrorism scares in singapore ran away?uh huh. the government often says that security in singapore is VERY GOOD. and look at this. such a important person, that could kill all 4 million of us any moment, ran away. what did the government did?
-apologised
-assured singaporeans they will nab him.
they only released the news that the man ran away 40 hours later. you think the man would be so stupid to continue staying in singapore? he would have ran away to other neighbouring countries lar! so what's the use of deploying so many army personnels, police officers patrolling? what a waste. ministers taking salaries up to ten thousands a month. worth it? that such things could happen? why can the government just apologise for whatever mistakes they did and get away with it while we normal people must get fined/jailed/caned/hanged? why oh why?
after this incident, i dare say i dont have any confidence in the singapore government. they talk whatever they like, whatever favours them. a simple apology. can it solve the problem? can it bring the man back?
isn't singapore's security VERY GOOD [as claimed by them]? how come such a person can escape? why only release the news 40 hours later?
why? singaporeans, think about it.
is singapore really that safe? if such a wanted man could escape, any murderer could escape too.
youth olympic 2010? HAHA. still looking forward? nah.
